If you have multiple homes with different utility logins, please be sure to update your login information on your Arcadia dashboard in order for us to continue to keep your account active.
You can update your utility login at any time on your dashboard.
Login to your Arcadia dashboard
Go to the Settings tab of your account
Select ‘Utility Sync” under the settings page
From the drop-down, select which home needs to be updated
Add your updated utility login information
