If you have multiple homes with different utility logins, please be sure to update your login information on your Arcadia dashboard in order for us to continue to keep your account active.
You can update your utility login at any time on your dashboard.
Login to your Arcadia dashboard
Go to the Profile tab of your account
Select ‘Switch home” under ‘Account Settings’ and select the address that needs to be updated
Select 'Utility Sync' under 'Home Overview'
Add your updated utility login information
