Who can join?

Anyone who pays an electric utility bill with Salt River Project or PEPCO DC and is eligible to join Bill Pay can participate in our Subscription Energy program. 

It doesn’t matter if you're a renter or homeowner, you can still receive a predictable bill and ecobee with Arcadia’s Subscription Energy program. 

Existing eligible Arcadia members will receive an offer via email. New Arcadia members can enroll here. After creating an account we expect that you can receive a Subscription Energy offer back in as little as 24 - 48 business hours based on your existing utility account data.
