If you would like to cancel your Arcadia membership and discontinue your Community Solar savings, you will simply need to contact our Member Experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your email, we will need to remove your subscription from the project. Please know that this requires action from your utility company and it will take 180 days for them to fully process your cancellation. During that period, you will still receive a statement from Arcadia Power reflecting your solar savings. After that 180 day period, you will no longer receive solar savings and will get a statement directly from your local utility company.
We will keep you updated during that time and reach back out to you via email when the cancelation process is complete.
If you are moving, you do not need to reach out via email and can fill out a move request on your Arcadia dashboard under the 'My Account' tab on the left-hand side. Your solar savings will continue until your final bill, which we will manage on your behalf. Depending on your new utility, we’ll do our best to enroll you in a new Community Solar project as soon as possible.
