Community Solar is available to renters and homeowners with eligible utilities in New York. To participate in Community Solar with Arcadia, members must create an account and in most cases have their utility bills managed by Arcadia so we may connect you to a project and correctly apply your solar savings.
After enrolling, eligibility for our Community Solar program in New York is dependent on various factors, including your electric utility, zip code, and electricity rate class.

- Central Hudson
- Consolidated Edison ( ConEd)
Orange & Rockland (ORU)*** - National Grid NY- Members of National Grid NY may be eligible for Dual Billing * ***
- New York State Electric & Gas- NYSEG***
- Rochester Gas & Electric
*** Members of Orange & Rockland, National Grid & NYSEG may be eligible for UCB Billing.
Please note that certain circumstances such as rooftop solar and non-residential rate classes may impact eligibility.

*If you are on a Dual Billing plan with Arcadia, you will receive a statement from Arcadia until your account’s closure for the contribution to the solar farm, which equals the solar credits you receive on your utility bill, minus your discount.
** If you are on a UCB Billing plan you will continue to see your Community Solar contribution and savings on your bill until you are fully unenrolled from the project and your Arcadia account has been closed.
