Have I qualified for this promotion?
Please be sure to read the requirements as you’re signing up to make sure you’ve completed all required steps.
“Connect your utility bill” means that promotion requires enrolling in Bill Pay. “Connect your utility account” means connecting your online utility profile is the minimum step required to qualify for the promotion. If the promotion requires enrolling in our Premium plan for 100% clean energy, you will need to choose that plan during sign-up.
Fulfillment is limited to one new member promotion per household. We are unable to fulfill a promotion after an account has been closed.
When will I receive it?
Promotions are typically delivered within 30 days of fulfilling the requirements of the promotion. Arcadia account credits are automatically applied when the requirements are met, and you will see them applied to your Arcadia statements.
How will I receive it?
Most promotional items are virtual, and are delivered electronically to the email address on your Arcadia account. If the promotional item is a physical device, it will be shipped to the mailing address we have on file for your Arcadia account. You can update your mailing address on your Arcadia dashboard. Please note that some promotions can't be shipped to a PO Box.
If your promotional item can be tracked, you will receive an email from the fulfillment team with your tracking information once your order is on its way.
