For most utilities, Arcadia can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CashApp and checking accounts as a valid method of payment. There are other utilities whose strict payment timelines mean we can only accept a credit or debit card as checking accounts can take up to 10 business days to process. As always, there are never any credit card processing fees!
Customers with these utilities will need to use a Visa or MasterCard when enrolled in Arcadia's Autopay (formerly Bill Pay) program:
- Alabama Power
- Georgia Power
- Gulf Power
- Mississippi Power
If you do not see your bank listed when adding a checking account, you will need to use a credit or debit card, as your bank is not supported by our processing vendor.
