As our Bill Pay system is automated, we're not able to set a specific billing date. This timeline ensures there is enough margin to process your payment and get it to your utility on time.
However, you can delay your payment within the three day grace period after you receive your Arcadia statement. To delay your payment:
- Login to your Arcadia Dashboard and select the 'Bill Pay' tab on the left-hand side
- Select 'Delay Payment'
- Select your new payment date from the available dates provided
- Select 'Update'
If you are a member with the Basic plan, you can change your bill date at any time by contacting Arcadia's Member Experience team as you're still paying your utility bill directly.
