You cannot change your bill date because we charge you based on the date your utility issues your bill for the month. This charge date will always be three days after you receive your Arcadia statement.
This timeline ensures there is enough margin to process your payment and get it to your utility on time.
However, you can delay your payment within the three day grace period after you receive your Arcadia statement by following these steps.
If you are an Evergreen member, you can change your bill date at any time by emailing us at email@example.com. This is possible because you make your payments directly to your utility and we are simply charging the clean energy fee for 100% wind.
