If you choose to have your utility bills managed by Arcadia, you will no longer receive your monthly statement from your utility.
Arcadia will receive your utility bill and manage payments on your behalf.
We receive your bill from your utility, process your payment every month using your preferred payment method, apply any savings or charges associated with your Arcadia programs, and send you an Arcadia statement.
If you would like to access your local utility account for any reason, you can log in to your utility account to view your statements.
If you don’t choose to have Arcadia manage your utility bills, you’ll still receive a statement each month from your utility company.
