When your payment to Arcadia clears, we send funds to your local utility on your behalf. Please note that it will take up to 10 business days to post to your utility account.*
The 'Bill Pay' page on your Arcadia dashboard will show you a timeline of your payment and you can see once it's has been sent to your utility.
*If you are a customer of Los Angeles Department of Water & Power; Rochester Gas & Electric; NYSEG; Central Maine Power; or Portland General Electric, it may take longer to post to your utility account after your payment has cleared. This is due to the payment method these utilities accept from third parties.
