When your payment to Arcadia clears, we send funds to your local utility on your behalf. Please note that it will take up to 6 business days to post to your utility account.*
The 'Bill Pay' page on your Arcadia dashboard will show you a timeline of your payment and you can see once it's has been sent to your utility.
*If you are a customer of Los Angeles Department of Water & Power; Rochester Gas & Electric; NYSEG; Central Maine Power; or Portland General Electric, it may take longer than 4 business days to post to your utility account after your payment has cleared. This is due to the payment method these utilities accept from third parties.
