Arcadia's system is automated to send out the e-bill as soon as we receive the customer's monthly charges from their utility. The monthly automatic payment will always occur 3 days after we send out the e-bill. - There are no fees associated with the payment.
- This allows us enough time to receive the payment, process it, and send it to the utility company before the due date
When your payment to Arcadia clears, we send the funds directly to your local utility on your behalf. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the payment to post to your utility account.*
*If you are a customer of Los Angeles Department of Water & Power; Rochester Gas & Electric; NYSEG; Central Maine Power; or Portland General Electric, it may take longer to post to your utility account after your payment has cleared. This is due to the payment method these utilities accept from third parties.
