While there are a few exceptions, most programs that you have in place when enrolling in Bill Pay - such as budget billing, low income assistance, rebate programs, and senior discounts - will not be disrupted. Should you decide to make any changes to these programs, please contact your local utility directly.

We are unable to offer our Bill Pay program for those with prepaid electric bills, payment arrangements on outstanding bills, and in some instances, rooftop solar. This support article provides more details on rooftop solar eligibility.
As our Evergreen Membership requires you to pay your electric bills directly to your utility, all programs can remain as they are.
