Programs such as low income assistance, rebate programs, and senior discounts will not be disrupted or impacted by joining Arcadia.
If enrolled in our local Community Solar program you may want to consider turning off budget billing, please check out your state’s specific article under the Community Solar support section for more information on how budget billing might impact your solar savings. We’ll be sure to reach out to you via email before your savings begin with more instructions.
We are unable to offer our Auto-Pay (formerly Bill Pay) program for those with prepaid electric bills, payment arrangements on outstanding bills, and in some instances, rooftop solar. This support article provides more details on rooftop solar eligibility.
If you do not have your bills managed by Arcadia, all programs can remain in place with no impact.
