We created our referral program to thank you for sharing Arcadia with your friends and family. All you have to do is share your referral link, and we’ll gift you and your friends for each successful sign up.
What is a “successful sign up/referral”?
A successful referral is when one of your friends or family has connected their utility account and billing information to Arcadia, meaning they signed up for at least Auto Pay. Once they become successfully signed up, they must remain an Arcadia member for at least 30 days. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.
A maximum of two referrals with active payment methods, who create a Wind Plan account without utility connection or Auto-Pay, will be counted towards your referral tally.
What do you get?
For each friend you refer, we'll give you a bill credit per sign up. You will both get $10 applied to your accounts.
If you successfully refer 10 friends to Arcadia, we will gift you $1,000.
- Referrals must sign-up and become active active of Arcadia after December 1, 2018
- If you refer 10 new customers successfully during or after December 2018, we'll add a $1,000 credit to your Arcadia account
- Referrals must remain an Arcadia customers for at least 30 days and all 10 must still be active at the point of review
- The $1,000 gift applies only to your first 10 active referrals. All referrals after your tenth referral will earn the referral bonuses listed under "What do you get?"
- For new referrals only
- Referral credits once applied to your account will expire in one year.
- Arcadia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time
