Arcadia does not have any cancellation fees, and you are welcome to cancel your account at any time.
If you wish to cancel your account, please email us at email@example.com from the email on file with your account and use the subject line 'Cancel My Account'.
For members enrolled in our local Community Solar program, the Arcadia account cancellation process may take a period of 90 to 180 days. For more information on how to cancel your account with Community Solar, please check out your state's specific article under the Community Solar support section.
Please note, if you're moving and want to transfer your Arcadia account, simply submit a move request on your Arcadia Dashboard under the 'My Account' tab. Cancelling your Arcadia account does not turn off service with your utility.
