Yes, you'll still be able to log into your utility account as before.
Please be advised that if Arcadia manages your electric utility bills, some utilities require the username to be an email. Where the username is your email, we must change the username on file to a unique Arcadia email. This is to ensure that our billing system receives your e-bill and can generate your clean energy statement. Your utility password doesn't change.
There will be a line in your welcome email that includes the Arcadia email. If you need your unique Arcadia email, please contact our Customer Support team at support@arcadia.com.
