Do I need an online account with my utility to sign up?

Customers enrolling in our wind program will not need an online account with their utility to sign up with Arcadia. 

However, syncing your utility login will allow us to generate your statement each month and ensure your average energy usage is being matched. You’ll also be able to track exactly how much CO2 and fossil fuels you’re averting.  

Customers who are eligible for Community Solar will need an online utility account to enroll with Arcadia. This is how we’re able to get you enrolled in a community solar project and apply your savings each month. This also helps us determine your eligibility as eligibility for our Community Solar program is dependent on various factors, including your electric utility, zip code, and electricity rate class.
