You’ll never need to contact your supplier directly -- we’ll communicate with them on your behalf, if necessary.
However, you will still need to contact your utility company. Your local utility company will need to know your service start and stop dates.
Once you have your start and stop dates confirmed, if enrolled in Bill Pay you can fill out a move request form on your Arcadia dashboard so that we can transfer your account to your new address. To fill out a move request:
- Log into your Arcadia dashboard
- Click "My Account" in the lower left-hand corner
- Click "Complete a Move Request" on the right-hand side of the page
- Fill in as much information as is available and click "Submit"
