You’ll never need to contact your supplier directly -- we’ll communicate with them on your behalf, if necessary.
However, you will still need to contact your utility company. Your local utility company will need to know your service start and stop dates.
After you've contacted your utility, you can fill out a move request on your Arcadia dashboard.
Login to your Arcadia dashboard
Go to the Profile tab of your account
Select 'Start a move with us' under 'Account Settings'
Fill out information about your new home, we'll ask for what we need to get your account connected and let you know about any new programs you may qualify for if changing utilities
