Once you have connected your online utility account to Arcadia, we monitor the price you pay for energy alongside the energy market to find you a better supply rate and help you pay less for energy.
Whenever we find a new rate for you, we'll send you an email with the details on this rate. If the rate sounds good to you, there's no action needed on your part - we automatically switch you over.
Arcadia not only helps lower your utility bill with better rates, we also protect you from unpredictable rate changes. We're monitoring these rates alongside fluctuations in the energy market each month and will only ever switch you to a new rate if we believe it will result in savings on your bill.
