No, no need to pay your electric utility bills once you have elected to enroll in Arcadia’s Auto-Pay (formerly Bill Pay) program after the bill start date provided in your welcome email.
You will be on automatic payments with us and each month we manage billing and payments with your utility so you do not have to pay them directly.
If your gas, sewage, or water charges are listed on a separate bill from your electric bill, you will need to pay the respective utility directly.
If you’re enrolled in our Basic plan or did not elect to participate in Auto-Pay, you’ll continue to pay your utility directly and receive a separate statement from Arcadia.
