We determine your bill date by the day that your utility issues your monthly bill. Our system is automated to send out your e-bill as soon as we receive those monthly charges from your utility. Your monthly automatic payment will always occur 3 days after the billing date.
This allows us enough time to receive your payment, process it, and send it to your utility company before the due date. We guarantee that any payment made through our platform will post to your utility account on or before the due date.
If you need to delay a payment, you can do so directly from your Arcadia dashboard during the three day grace period using the instructions in this article.
