How do I update my payment information?

You can update your method of payment at any time on your Arcadia dashboard. 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or checking account (select utilities) and CashApp with no processing fees.

Step One: 

Login to your Arcadia dashboard

Step Two: 

Go to the 'Profile' icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Step Three: 

Select 'Settings' in the dropdown.

Step Four: 

Under Account settings, select 'Payment methods'

Step Five: 

If you need to update your preferred payment method for an address, click the pencil icon next to your address listed under 'Payment methods' and select your preferred payment method.

If you need to add a new payment method, select 'Add payment method' and fill in the appropriate fields.

*Check-mark 'Set this payment method on all my plans' to set the new payment method as your preferred payment method.
