Once enrolled in Bill Pay each month, we’ll provide you a with a statement and notify you via email once it’s ready to view. This statement will include your account details, utility charges, energy usage, and savings or charges from Arcadia programs you are enrolled in.
Here's an example of an Arcadia statement:
If you are enrolled in the Basic plan, your statement will not include your utility charges. Those will need to be paid by you directly to your utility.
You can access all of your Arcadia statements under the 'Statements' tab located on the bottom-left corner of your Arcadia dashboard.
