Once you’re an active Arcadia customer, each month, we’ll provide you with a statement and notify you via email once it’s ready to view.
If your electric bill is managed by Arcadia, your statement will include both your utility charges and any charges or savings from Arcadia.
If your electric bill is not managed by Arcadia, you’ll pay your utility directly and your statement from Arcadia will only include your Arcadia membership charges.
