No, when you are enrolled in our Bill Pay program, you will not receive utility bills from your local utility. We will start to send you a monthly Arcadia statement instead. Check out our support article that explains the details of our Bill Pay process.
Not to worry, if you would like to see your utility bill at any time, you'll still have full access to your online utility account.
Members on our Basic plan or Free plan without Bill Pay will still receive and pay their local utility bills directly and if you have separate bills for gas, water, or sewage, not attached to your electric statements you will also receive those bills directly from the respective utility.
