When you are enrolled in our Auto-Pay (formerly Bill Pay) program, you will not receive utility bills from your local utility. We will start to send you a monthly Arcadia statement instead.
Your Arcadia statement will include all of your electric utility bill charges (if you have gas, water, sewage or other utilities included on your electric bill, those will be included in the amount we charge you), the service period, your energy usage, clean energy usage, and any additional savings or charges from Arcadia programs.
Not to worry, if you would like to see your utility bill at any time, you'll still have full access to your online utility account.
If you’re enrolled in our average wind match plan or did not enroll in Auto-Pay, you will still pay your utility bill directly and receive a separate statement from Arcadia for your clean energy charges.
