Members who are enrolled in our Basic plan or who do not enroll in Auto-Pay will continue to receive a bill directly from their utility and receive a separate statement for their Arcadia charges.
Here's how it will work
- Once a month, we’ll email you to let you know when your statement is ready to view.
- Three days later, we’ll charge the payment method provided to us. This is always an automatic payment, so no action is needed on your end.
If you would like to change your billing date simply contact our Member Experience team.
