Customers who are enrolled in our wind match plan and do not enroll in Auto-Pay or Community Solar members who are on the Dual Billing program, will continue to receive a bill directly from their utility and receive a separate statement for their Arcadia charges.
Community Solar customers on the UCB Billing program will continue to receive and pay their energy bill directly to and from their utility.
Here's how it will work:
- Once a month, we’ll email you to let you know when your statement is ready to view.
- Three days later, we’ll charge the payment method provided to us. This is always an automatic payment, so no action is needed on your end.
If you are enrolled in our wind match plan and would like to change your billing date, simply contact our Customer Support team.
*Community Solar customers on the UCB program will continue to receive a bill directly from their utility company and will not receive a statement from Arcadia.
