The more the merrier! There is no cap on the number of properties you can enroll in the program. For properties that are in community solar eligible utility markets, you’ll receive the $150 Arcadia bill credit evenly spread over 6 months ($25 per month). If the property is located in an ineligible utility market you can still enroll it with Arcadia and receive a $50 utility bill credit, but there will be a $5/month membership fee for those properties.
